LOL sian although passed but pathetic LOL.. sit and reach(50) A-5 sit up(44) A-5 shuttle run (9.87 sec) A-5 pull up miserable 1 LOL E-1 Standing broad jump roughly(212) E-1 lols pathetic zz cramps all the way hahaha went to play bball after that lols. Not bad lols still can at least get some balls through =D one 3-pointer haha luck shot =D.. Bball is fun with gab and all lols but damn tiring -.- strenuous on the back dunno why.. lols
Arm training ( Daily or something prior to that)
- Min 5 sets of 20 of weight (a mere 8lbs only) trainings on each arm =D Still pain lols
- Min 50 wide arm push ups
-Some crazy stunt I've yet to think of lols (craziest was having 2 dumbbells at hand and doing star jumps LOL)
